An Alternative to Traditional Terminal Solutions

Traditional terminal solutions are very expensive and you are often bound to an costly service agreement. We avoid this by using inexpensive standard components, which can be replaced individually in case of errors.

The concept behind our terminal solution has been tested in cooperation with Brødrene Hartmann A/S, where all trucks today are using the terminal.

Jan Pedersen from Hartmann says: 'So far we have not yet had a crach which has caused a replacement of terminal or monitor. This in spite of the fact that our trucks are extremely exposed. They drive around the clock, except one week in the summer and naturally the 24th of December.

We know that the day arrives, when we have to start to maintain the terminals. However, I don't consider that this will be a problem, as we can replace a terminal in 15 minutes and at a price which is hardly noticeable.

The traditional terminal solution we had before, required replacements and repairs continually, which was extremely cost-intensive. The new component-based solution gives us the possibility of simply replacing the part that is subject to error.'
